Living in New York City, I find it vital to my livelihood to get out of the city for a night or tow and get some fresh air. I started camping in the catskills with friends. Owning a BBQ catering company, I couldn't help but take my passion for grilling into the wilderness. We began taking delectable, gourmet feists into the woods to be cooked over custom fires and ovens made from rocks and wood, and made lean-to's and other structures for sleeping. Dinner in the Woods was born and since then the tradition continues. From pumkin pies to midnight dips in the stream, Dinner in the woods is an outdoor lover's evening of relaxation and excitement.
